It is one of the banks where there is more queue, especially if you are a user without an account. One hour to be attended. There is also no special line for the elderly or the disabled. See that for these people waiting an hour is a real torture.

Terrible service, they give shifts that never pass, I went to make my tax payments and since they are not services that generate profits for them, they leave us behind, I wasted my time in vain!!

I went to the bank today, April 12, 2022 at 12:32 p.m. to make a deposit to an account number that with reference and the ATM did not accept it, going with a lady to help me make the deposit in Said cashier but he told me to wait for a while and now I would return something that never happened and I had to make the deposit at the window since it took about 10 minutes. and he never showed up to help me at the cashier
